Delivery & Returns
YOUR DELIVERY TIME AND COSTS WILL BE CALCULATED AT THE CHECKOUT
Orders placed Monday to Friday up to 2pm (excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched within 24hrs. Orders placed after 2pm BST on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
All shipments are dispatched requiring a signature as proof of delivery. If you subsequently change the delivery method to one that does not require a signature for example 'leave in a safe place', then any issue arising from non-delivery of the shipment will no longer be the responsibility of LittleLuccaFashions Limited
Any Change of Address needs to be authorised by Lucca Fashions Limited, if this is attempted via the delivery agent or by any other method then Little Lucca Fashions Limited will not be held responsible for non-delivery of the shipment.
We will send your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched. If your parcel is late please track it in case it has been held or already delivered. If you are unable to locate your parcel please contact us within 10 days from estimated delivery.
RETURNS
21 DAYS TO RETURN
If you are not completely happy with any items from your order you may return them to us within 21 days from delivery (subject to the conditions below) for a refund or Store Credit. All sale items can not be refunded. Please note your returns must be delivered to us within this time, returns received beyond these periods will not be accepted unless agreed otherwise.
Please note: Sale items bought are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.
